陳磊，男，漢族，中共黨員，安徽省太和縣人，1982年8月出生。博士，高級工程師，碩士生導師，曾從事輔導員工作、擔任學院團委書記等職務。現主要從事煤礦充填開采、工業工程等方面的科研、教學及實驗室管理工作，主講本科生課程2門（《工業技術經濟學》、《人因工程學》），研究生課程1門（《現代人因工程》）。近三年，獲得校教學成果獎一等獎1項，主持或參與各類科研項目8項，主持或參與教學改革、實踐教學條件建設項目7項，發表學術論文20餘篇，獲授權發明或實用新型專利5項。

Bored in 1982,Anhui, China,L.Chenreceived his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in2005,2008and2017. He served as a Senior Engineer at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2017,and worked as anInstructorand aSecretary of the Youth League Committeeof College of Resources and Safety Engineering, CUMTB, during 2008 and 2013.
Chenhas experience withbackfill mining incoalmining engineering,human factors engineeringinindustrial engineering. Chenteaches two undergraduate courses(Industrial Technology Economicsand HumanFactorsEngineering)and one postgraduate course(Modern Human Factor Engineering).ChenreceivedTeaching Achievement Awardof CUMTB in 2018.
