樊靜麗(1987-),漢族,河北人,現任bevictor伟德官网bevictor伟德官网副院長,教授、博士生導師。主要研究方向為能源系統工程、能源環境複雜系統建模、能源與氣候經濟、資源環境可持續發展等。入選第二批中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”、國際清潔能源拔尖創新人才培養項目,獲霍英東基金會青年教師基金、北京市優秀人才-青年骨幹個人、校首批“越崎青年學者”。擔任Journal of Cleaner Production副主編、可持續發展研究會氣候變化工作委會會委員、中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會能源經濟與管理分會理事。2014年07月博士畢業于北京理工大學管理科學與工程專業,先後赴日本京都大學防災研究所、瑞典梅拉達倫大學交流訪問。主持國家自然科學基金面上和青年項目、中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”項目、國家重點研發計劃專題、霍英東青年教師基金項目、北京市優秀人才培養資助項目、亞太全球變化網絡(APN)資助項目、科技部國際合作司委托任務、聯合國開發計劃署資助項目、能源基金會(美國)、國際能源署(IEA)合作研究等重要課題。在Environmental Research Letters, Energy Economics, Applied Energy, Energy Policy, Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Review等國際期刊發表的SCI/SSCI論文50餘篇,ESI高被引論文(全球Top 1%高被引論文)2篇,全球埃尼獎提名1篇。出版專著4部、譯著1部。獲中國煤炭工業科學技術獎二等獎等省部級科技獎勵6項,獲bevictor伟德官网優秀教學質量獎一等獎、二等獎等教學獎勵。
FAN Jing-Li is a Professor and a Ph.D. Supervisor at School of Energy and Mining Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB). She got her PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering from Centre for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, Beijing Institute of Technology (CEEP-BIT) in July 2014. She stayed one-year as a visiting scholar at Disaster Prevention Research Institute, Kyoto University during 2011-2012, and three month at Mälardalen University. Her research and work have been primarily focusing on energy economics and climate change issues since 2009.
So far, FAN Jing-Li has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed academic journals and conference proceedings, including Applied Energy, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Review, Energy Policy, Energy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Energy and Building, Resource Conservation and Recycling etc. She published 5 books as an individual or first author and was also involved in drafting 6 books in Chinese or English as a chapter author. Dr. Fan taught 5 courses for Ph.D., master or undergraduate students including Advanced Energy Economics, Resource and Environmental Economics, Production Planning and Control etc. Moreover, she is an Associate Editor for Journal of Cleaner Production and an anonymous reviewer for over 20 international journals such as Applied Energy, Energy, and Energy Policy.
Now, Dr. FAN performs as the director of over 20 projects including that from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research, United Nation of Development Programme Organization Department of the Beijing Committee, the Energy Foundation, International Energy Agency and State Key Laboratory of Coal Resource and Safe Mining. As a key researcher, she also joined into several projects from Chinese government agencies including National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), NSFC. She was rewarded by Huoyingdong Young Teacher Project, YUEQI Excellent Young Scholar of CUMTB (2017),Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST(2016), the Prize of Beijing Excellent Youth Talents (2015), the Prize of Science and Technology for Coal Industry (2015), Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Beijing Institute of Technology(2014) etc. Selected 10 journal papers are as follows:
