
郝憲傑,現任共伴生能源精準開采北京市重點實驗室學術辦主任、能源科學與工程系副主任,教授、博士生導師、碩士生導師(招收博士生和碩士生),獲青年人才托舉工程資助計劃(2017)、全國高校礦業石油與安全工程領域優秀青年科技人才(2022)、中國科協科技智庫青年人才(2022)、全國煤礦支護優秀專家(2021)、綠色礦山青年科技獎(2020)、北京市“雙百行動計劃”青年教師人選(2020)、bevictor伟德官网“越崎青年學者”(2019)、北京高等學校高水平人才交叉培養項目(2018)、中國岩石力學與工程學會優秀共産黨員(2020)。中國煤炭學會會員、中國岩石力學學會會員、擔任《中國煤炭》中青年專家學術委員會委員、《金屬礦山》青年編委、《隧道與地下工程災害防治》青年編委、《煤田地質與勘探》青年編委、《深地科學(英文)》青年編委、采礦與岩層控制工程學報駐外編輯,以及20餘個SCI/EI期刊審稿人,入選金磚國家青年學者論壇。
在Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering、Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology、International Journal of Mining Science and Technology 、Construction and Building Materials、Petroleum Exploration and Development、Geomechanics and Geophysics for Geo-Energy and Geo-Resources、煤炭學報、岩石力學與工程學報、中國礦業大學學報等國内外學術期刊發表學術論文70篇,其中SCI/EI收錄50篇,入選F5000論文2篇,ESI高被引且為熱點論文2篇(全球Top1%和0.1%高被引論文),授權國家專利共19項,其中授權發明專利10項,授權實用新型專利9項,出版專著3部。獲得中國煤炭工業協會科技進步獎2項(均排名第1)、綠色礦山科技進步獎1項(排名第1)、中國安全生産協會科技進步獎2項、中國職業安全健康協會科學技術獎1項、全國煤炭行業教育教學成果獎、中科院優秀博士畢業生、江蘇省優秀碩士論文等多項省部級獎項。
作為負責人主持國家自然基金項目2項(一項面上、一項青年)、中國科協青年人才托舉工程、北京市自然科學基金(已結題并被評為優秀項目)、教育部産學合作協同育人項目、北京高等學校高水平人才交叉培養項目、國家重點研發計劃子專題、北京市教委高支附項目、煤炭資源與安全開采國家重點實驗室開放基金、煤炭開采水資源保護與利用國家重點實驗室開放基金,參與國家重點研發計劃、國家能源局項目、中國工程院咨詢項目、新工科研究項目、國家自然科學基金重點課題等,參與了神東特大采高工作面、白鶴灘地下洞群穩定性等國家重大工程課題研究。

Xianjie Hao, born in 1987, Shanxi, China, X.J. Hao received his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology and Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of sciences in 2009, 2012 and 2015. He served as a Professor at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), and the academic director of Beijing Key Laboratory for Precise Mining of Inter-grown Energy and Resources. Hao received the third Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Programby the China Association for Science and Technology at 2017and the outstanding young scientific and technological talents in the field of mining, petroleum and safety engineering in national colleges and universities. Hao also serves as reviewer many international journals, such as International Journal of Mining Science and Technology、Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment、Construction and Building Materials.
Hao has long-term experience with surrounding rock stability in underground engineering, especially the early warning and control of dynamic disasters in coalmine and the joint effects of disaster occurrence. Hao received the second Class Award of Education and Teaching in the National Coal Industry, the outstanding scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Education, the outstanding doctoral graduates of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the excellent Master's Thesis of Jiangsu Province, and the outstanding teaching achievements of the school, excellent head teacher and other provincial and ministerial awards.
