潘衛東，男，滿族，中共黨員，遼甯寬甸人，1982年2月生，現任bevictor伟德官网bevictor伟德官网礦業工程系書記、副教授、博導，放頂煤開采煤炭行業工程研究中心副主任，煤炭工業科技創新人才、孫越崎青年科技獎獲得者，美國賓西法尼亞州立大學訪問學者。
主要從事煤炭開采方法、礦山壓力控制理論、綠色礦山建設的教學與研究工作。講授本科生課程有：《煤礦開采學》、《采礦概論》和《專業外語（采礦工程）》，講授研究生課程有：《專業外語》和《礦山壓力實測與模拟技術》，中德奧三方項目課程《LongwallMining》。主持國家自然科學基金項目一項，參與煤炭聯合基金重點項目一項，2018年國家重點研發計劃《千萬噸級特厚煤層智能化綜放開采關鍵技術及示範》項目校内負責人，獲得國家科技進步二等獎1次，省部級一等獎1次、二等獎3次，申請并獲得授權的國家發明專利5項，出版專著兩部，主編教材一本，發表論文20餘篇。

Bored in 1982,Liaoning, China,WeidongPanreceived his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2004, 2006 and 2009. He served as an Associate Professor at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2014, and also as a visiting at Penn State University in the Unite States.
Panhas experience with ground control in mining engineering, including underground coal mining, natural gas and shale gas mining.Panreceived scientific and educational awards including the Second Class Prize of the National Natural Science Award.Panhas authored 3 booksandover 20 refereed journal papers.
